At Saudade we aim to provide a non judgmental, comfortable and safe space for you to explore your emotions/feelings. Saudade will help you to understand yourself and those around you at a deeper level so that you can begin your journey to a new world where you feel heard.

These spaces cater to your unique requirements, fostering growth and helping you navigate your current situation. These spaces are for one on one interaction incorporating 'active listening', 'CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)' and 'People Centric Approach.'
